Caversham Road

Caversham Road presented us with an opportunity to bring something completely new to the local area. We rebuilt the extension at the rear of the property and remodelled the interior to an entirely new spec. The result is a free-flowing two-bedroom bungalow with considered features and an open-plan layout.

Our in-house design team collaborated with Made to decorate the property prior to sale, lending the space a distinctively modern touch.

The extension and spacious garden attracted us to Caversham Road initially — so we worked hard to bring the most out of these features. Our plan was oriented towards someone looking to downsize, but hoping to retain a sense of luxury in their new home.

The property benefits from a large skylight, and the spacious outdoor dining area maximises the south-facing rear garden. The final design blends form and function, across both interior and exterior, to create a seamless living space perfect for the modern buyer.
