Wyncote Court

Wyncote Court gave us the opportunity to create our first modern apartment. We sought to create a space grounded in simplicity and minimalism, with a sense of luxury. Our design team created a flowing space allowing for both privacy and togetherness. These opposing aspirations were brought together with divided walls and enclosed spaces. The expected clientele for this project was a couple purchasing their first home, or graduate students.

The space benefits from large windows throughout. We made use of this bright and expansive space, foregrounding views of the surrounding woodland. A step towards creating more efficient homes was taken with an electric radiator system. This vastly improved the appearance of the property, alongside the modern fixtures and fittings fitted throughout. Wyncote is well-positioned providing easy access to the cosmopolitan shopping facilities of Jesmond as well as its cafés, restaurants, and excellent schools.
